En premier, coupez les blancs de poulet, les tomates et les poivrons en petits morceaux. Ensuite \u00e9mincez les oignons et l\u2019ail. Apr\u00e9s, nettoyez les moules et les scampis ou \u00a0les langoustines. Il faut aussi blanchir les petits poids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"NL-BE\">Pour commencer, mettez la po\u00eale \u00e0 paella sur le feu en y ajoutant\u00a0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. En premier, mettez-y les morceaux de poulet laissez cuire quelques minutes. Puis ajoutez-y les oignons et l\u2019ail et faites les rissoler. Apr\u00e9s cela ajoutez-y \u00a0les tomates et poivrons et faites les cuire jusqu\u2019a ce que ce soit de la pur\u00e9e. \u00a0Ensuite mettez-y les poulpes et laissez cuire quelques minutes et soupoudrez le tout de safran. Et ajoutez-y les scampis ou les langoustines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"NL-BE\">Faites cuire les merguez \u00e0 part, ne vous inqu\u00e9tez pas elles seront ajout\u00e9es \u00e0 la fin de la pr\u00e9paration. Ajoutez les moules dans la po\u00eale, avec les pois blanchis. Maintenant ajoutez-y \u00a0le riz que vous recouvrez de bouillon de viande. Assaisonnez le tout de sel et de poivre, faites cuire pendant 25minutes \u00a0environ.
