Faites chauffer 2 c \u00e0 s de beurre dans une cocotte, saisissez-y les carbonades de tous les cot\u00e9s.<br \/>\n2.Retirez la viande de la cocotte, ajoutez-y 1 c \u00e0 s de beurre et faites revenir les oignons pendant quelques minutes.<br \/>\n3.Remettez la viande et parsemez de farine.<br \/>\n4.Versez la bi\u00e8re, \u00e9picez du bouquet garni, sel et poivre, et laissez cuire 1 heure \u00e0 feu moyen.<br \/>\n5.Rajoutez les carottes et le c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9s et laisser mijoter 30 minutes.<br \/>\n6.Finalement rajoutez le sirop de Li\u00e8ge, le vinaigre et laissez cuire 30 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.<br \/>\nN&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter du sirop ou des \u00e9pices \u00e0 votre convenance. Bon app\u00e9tit&#8230;&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cr\u00e8me br\u00fbl\u00e9e au carambar et pommes vertes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.Faites chauffer 70 cl de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche liquide et 5 carambars dans une cassserole. M\u00e9langer et stopper le feu lorsque les carambars sont fondus.<br \/>\n2.Fouetter 3 jaunes d&rsquo;oeufs et 100gr de sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\n3.Peler 3 pommes granny smith couper les en morceaux et les faire compoter dans un peu de beurre, le jus d&rsquo;un demi citron et du sucre.<br \/>\n4.R\u00e9partir la compote au fond de 4 ramequins et verser la cr\u00e8me par dessus.<br \/>\n5.Cuire \u00e0 100\u00b0 pendant 40 \u00e045 minutes. Les cr\u00e8mes doivent \u00eatre prises mais encore tremblotantes.<br \/>\n6.Laisser refroidir, et br\u00fbler au chalumeau.
